PC Review | Antik has reached an agreement with ST for the non-payment of data transferred to television

On the basis of an agreement between Antik Telecom and Slovak Telekom, AntikTV customers will now use the ST network without payment for data transferred to television or archives. ST customers only need StreamOn enabled service from the carrier's portfolio to cancel the payment. This agreement should also have the practical effect of prioritizing video data prior to any other data traffic on ST networks and thus improve the quality and availability of antique mobile TV.

"The ST deal gives our customers the certainty that their phone bill will no longer be clogged, no matter how long they will enjoy entertainment with our television services", explains Vlastimil Lakatoš, head of television services at Antik Telecom. "We consider that the provision of services guaranteeing the neutrality of the network is one of the cornerstones of fair trade in telecommunication services."

The ST Agreement is valid for the use of Antique TV antique services either when you are connected via the Antik mobile phone, the set-top box via AntikTV subscriptions or an old AntikTVGo software. The condition is to enable the StreamOn add-on service in ST.
