Obsidian Entertainment, a studio dedicated to unforgettable games such as Neverwinter Nights 2 or Star Wars: The Knights of the Sith Lords of the Old Republic, will announce the new game at the 2018 Game Awards. According to information, the RPG will be seen from a third angle, that the company expressed in its forums last year.
The official website already contains the countdown, and it takes place in a well-known steampunk spirit, such as BioShock, for example (although it has science fiction clues). Will the new RPG be set up in a steampunk? For me, when I talk about steampunk and RPG, I immediately remember the classic Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Obscura from Troika Games. Although it is unlikely that Obsidian is working on the sequel, I would be personally very happy if it was about that game.
Will Obsidian bring us another great hardcore RPG like the last pillars of eternity II? I hope
