Police said a 41-year-old man was arrested for alleged conspiracy to cause serious bodily harm. The baby was hospitalized with severe burns to the face and hands. The attack was reported by police in one of the shops of the Worcestri Shopping Center, in the West of England.
The boy was released Sunday from the hospital, but the long-term consequences of his injuries are out of the question.
