LOS ANGELES – Slovak ice hockey player Peter Budaj will return to the AHL's lower Olympic competition, where he will defend the colors of Ontario Reign. Banskobystrian, 38, heads to the Los Angeles Kings Reserve after the California Club's management has joined Jonathan Quicka, who has had knee surgery. The official website of the NHL has been informed.

Budaj scored in only three games of the current season, with a success rate of 81.8% and an average of five goals per game. Similarly, three experienced startups have been awarded to the AHL. Quick, aged 30, had health problems early in the season. He was first struck by weaknesses and then underwent surgery on the meniscus of the knee. Due to these injuries, he participated only in four bouts during which he beat 84.5% of the catches with an average of 4.55 goals scored per game.

Los Angeles is currently on the last page of the Western Conference and has the fewest points among all the NHL teams. The "King", however, had to face injuries to the keeper in the first quarter of the base. The coaches still have no pair of Jack Campbell, who also underwent knee surgery. Quick will therefore cover his back at the next Cal Petersen meetings.
