Cuba released new details on the reform of the constitution on Saturday. It will be transformed by the government, the courts and the economy. The reform must be approved by the National Assembly this month.

The Constitution will guarantee that the Communist Party will be the only political force in the country, and that the communist state will remain the dominant economic power.
The Constitution will however recognize the role of the Communist Party as well as the free market and private property of Cuban society and the introduction of a presumption of innocence after the new system
The Constitutional reform project was released Saturday by the main state newspaper in Cuba.
