The overall performance of the Rivian R1S can be configured at different levels. There will be 3 versions with powers of 300, 522 and 562 kW, with a torque of up to 1,120 Nm. The most powerful version accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in about 3 seconds and from 0 to 160 km / h in less than 7 seconds.
Battery up to 180 kWh
The basic version is equipped with a larger capacity than the highest version of the Tesla X model. The Rivian SUV is equipped with 105 kWh (EPA), 135 kWh (499 km) and 180 kWh (660 km) batteries. However, this shows that Rivian is not as efficient as Tesla electric cars.
Universal luxury
In terms of utility value, offroad features, performance and dynamics, we add a luxurious interior and we get an incredibly versatile vehicle, while being environmentally friendly. In the cabin, we find high-end materials such as leather and wood, a lot of wood from sustainable mining.
Modern automobile highlights 2 large screens. The dashboard has a diagonal of 12.3 "and a central touch screen up to 15.6". On board the Rivian R1S electric SUV, there are also third-level autonomous driving systems.

Price and delivery
Rivian R1S can now be booked for $ 1,000. The first customers should wait in 2020. This extremely interesting SUV will be sold $ 72,000 (about 63,500 €) excluding taxes. Production will take place in the United States.
