BRUSSELS. Greece 's 15 billion euro loan to the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) will be postponed for a few weeks because of Germany' s objection.

ESM announced on Friday that its loan agreement had been accepted in principle. Germany, however, opposed the immediate release of money and said that Athens had not yet met all the necessary requirements
