According to the intention, which is the first basic documentation of the evaluation process, the construction of the premises of the car investor will take place in two phases.

In the first phase, the production capacity of 30 vehicles per hour is estimated at 150,000 vehicles per year.

It is also considering the potential expansion of production during the second phase to reach a total production volume of 300,000 cars per year.

As stated in the document, the specifications of the individual installations in the strategic park supplies part will only appear if they are occupied by specific entities and, if necessary, these operations will be evaluated separately.

Submitting documents on this strategic park for the EIA process is only a preparatory administrative step.

Documents submitted by the public company InvEast SK indicate that the number of employees employed in the construction should be about 1,300.

When operating a strategic industrial park in a new factory manufacturing and assembly of vehicles, 3,000 to 4,000 employees will operate in three teams.

In the other part, 1,000 people will participate in the operation in three teams.

In addition, secondary employment in outsourcing, services and logistics should also increase.

In terms of composition of object, it includes a bodywork, a paint shop, assembly, logistics, an administrative building, masonry and central heating.

In total, for the needs of the industrial park, including public car parks, 2,500 private car parking spaces have been designed, including 50 charging points for electric cars, 60 motorbikes, 40 parking busses and 50 parking spaces. parking for logistics.

The strategic industrial park will be connected to existing and newly constructed access roads to the road and rail communication system in accordance with the published plan.

The region has no official information

Last week, another working meeting was held at the KSK office for the construction of the Haniska Strategic Park.

As KSK spokeswoman Anna Činčárová said, representatives of KSK, the city of Kosice, mayors of affected municipalities and state companies took part.

"Although this is not the first meeting of its kind, the KSK has not yet received any official information to build a strategic park, so we decided to ask MH SR and InvEast SK to provide all relevant documents and information, including traffic surveys and socio-economic analyzes, to prepare an analysis of the impacts of the park in terms of changes to land use plans, transport infrastructure or the environment , "she said.

The strategic park Haniska has a significant investment status and an area of ​​more than 910 hectares, making it one of the largest in the Slovak Republic.

Most of the building is located in the least developed district of Košice-okolie, in the cadastral zones of Haniska, Valalika, Geča, Čaňa and Sokoľany.

Only the marginal part of the building is located in the cadastral area of ​​Šaca, district of Košice II. Commissioning is scheduled for 2021.
