The court of first instance ruled that the termination of the employment contract was invalid in September 2016 in favor of the applicant.

In the meantime, Prešov Regional Court of Appeal annulled the judgment and remitted the case to the District Court for a new procedure and a new decision. .

On the agreement of both parties, he joined two questions, one relating to the invalidity of the testimony and the other to the violation of the principle of equal treatment. anti-discrimination action.
