Western Slovakia and parts of central Slovakia may be experiencing storms with tornadoes on Tuesday night. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMÚ) has issued a first-level alert in this regard, valid until 19 hours.
"Storms can be associated with short but intense lejaks where the sums can reach 20-40 millimeters and the winds at a speed of 65-85 km / h" warns the meteorologists
They add that storms can accompany a pronounced spike.
