BRATISLAVA July 16, 2018 (WBN / PR) – J & T REAL ESTATE, an investment company of J & T REAL ESTATE in the Central Europe region, is buying a plot of land at the prestigious 185 Park Street in Central London South Bank. The project will work with the local developer of luxury real estate Sons & Co. The site, which originally housed the National Grid, already has the right to build 163 apartments, approximately 8100 m2 of offices, 920 m2 of commercial space and 1,550 m2 of cultural spaces.
