Slovak and Czech presidents Andrej Kiska and Miloš Zeman make a symbolic journey on Sunday by a special train from Hodonín to Topolčianok

Hodonín was the birthplace of the first Czechoslovak President Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk and Topoľčianky, where the Czechoslovak presidents had their summer residence. The train drives the steam; part of the whole is the historic Aza 80 wagon, manufactured in 1930 by Masaryk's president.

Visit of Topoľčianky

In Hodonín, the two presidents of the bouquets gathered a tomb T.G. Masaryk. In Topoľčianky, where they will arrive around 4 pm, the Presidents will stop at the First Fair of the Republic, visit the National Horse Farm and the Topoľčianky Castle

Attend the Presidential Palace TG Masaryk puts on bouquets and plaques commemorations on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Czechoslovakia, informs the Office of the President of the Slovak Republic

The joint trip of the two states commemorates the 100th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia. The date of the event also hides the symbolism, because on July 23, 1923 Masaryk visited the Topoľčianky Castle for the first time
