The object is to grow on an area that is currently unused. It is located on the left side of Štúrova street towards the Tesco hypermarket in Mlynárce. On the first floor of the building, shops and services on the floor area are expected to reach 2400 square meters. On the second floor, offices reach 2,600 square meters.
On the third, fourth and fifth floor set back, there are 116 apartments, including 72 one-room apartments, 34 double rooms and ten three-room apartments. "With the supposed occupation of two people on the apartment, the multifunctional center has a capacity of 232 temporary employees," the report says.
The project involves a two-storey underground garage with a capacity of 220 parking spaces. Thirty more parking spaces must be set up in the courtyard of a multifunctional building.
