Slovakia.Digital introduces 3.7.2018 a new code of ethics, which aims to show the behavior that the association and its members consider ethical and decent and want to be an example of the rest of the IT market. Members of the Codex Association have taken specific measures, including support for notifiers of corruption and embezzlement in the state computerization environment
Slovak enterprises have accepted the commitment that notifiers have an open door in case of corruption. The procedure led to a loss of work. The support of the notifiers of corruption and unfair procedures is at the same time a central idea of the initiative "We take for courageous" implemented by Transparency International Slovakia
and the two associations have therefore signed a protocol of cooperation on July 11, 2018. "We are delighted that the leading IT companies in Slovakia.Digital have joined our program on this path We are courageous and want to support the notifiers of corruption in the IT state. more than 700 companies have already joined our challenge " Gabriel Šipoš, director of Transparency International Slovakia.
The parties undertake in their memorandum to cooperate to provide assistance to the notifiers of corruption, by expert (content) especially under the law on the protection of antisemitic notifiers, the law on the markets public, and help the notifier to apply for a job with one of the employers involved in the call
"We call Contact Us or Transparency International with a request for legal assistance or other if they come in contact with abusive practices and corruption. With the team of experts from Transparency International, we will provide them with technical assistance and 21 IT companies in Slovakia.DIGITAL is committed to applying for a job " said the Executive Director of Slovakia.Digital Ján Hargaš
