The nurses signed a contract with the Slovak Biathlon Federation (SZB) concerning sports representation by the state. The signing took place after a mediation meeting at the Slovenian Olympic Committee (SOV). The mediation took place from 10 am with a longer lunch break until the tenth evening. Despite the skeptical conditions of some actors, the difficult negotiation eventually led to the agreement and the search for a compromise on the formulations of the association agreement with the union. At the end of the meeting, Sister Fialk and Federation President Tomáš Fusko signed a contract that will allow both biathletes to represent Slovakia in the next competitive season.
