The reconstruction will concern not only the building itself, but also the park, the garden and the staff. The mansion is one of the national cultural monuments of Slovakia.

The Rusovce Manor and its grounds should be presented in a restored form to the public five years in the summer. A new form of castle and its premises to serve the state and partly the public, the state should cost more than 71 million euros between 2018 and 2023 without VAT, and 5 million euros are expected to be obtained from European sources This figure results from an analysis of the impact on the budget of the public administration, the employment in the US. public administration and the financing of the proposal. The analysis is also part of the funding proposal for the reconstruction of the manor.

The reconstruction was decided Wednesday at the 115th meeting of the government, which was also pre-vacation. According to the material, until July 31, 2023, the head of the government office will organize the reconstruction of NKP Rusovce, including adjacent premises, in accordance with the proposal for financing the reconstruction. At the same time, the Minister of Finance is responsible for the finances mentioned above. "I have to start with reconstruction, if I can not finish it, it will make the new prime minister after me, but I will do everything to do it." Prime Minister Peter Pellegrini replied: he thinks he can do it for his government.

Farmers say the budget is turbulent. The reconstruction is compared to that of Galic Castle. They reworked at the hotel. with its reconstruction began already in the decade. It was barely 14 million euros. "We want to point out that a similar project was for less money, but I think it will prevent government procurement," said Minister Gabriel Matecna. According to Pellegrini, however, at the meeting, Mother made no comment. The Prime Minister also believes in a fair public market.

"The Rusovce mansion serves as a representative building for the highest constitutional visits, which is why I would not compare this mansion with the building in Halíč", explains Štefan Kišš, director of the Department of Values for money.

Distribution of Public Contracts

Public Procurement for Castle Reconstruction and Acquisitions for Tree and Landscape Architecture must be launched within 30 days of the date of approval of the funding proposal of the reconstruction of the NKP Rusovce.

Other public procurement for part of the reconstruction of a staff member after incorporating the results of the technical investigation and construction and for the interior part and furniture will be announced at the latest 24 months before the planned end of reconstruction

Renovation of the manor with adjacent areas, access roads and engineering networks is planned for 54 months from the handing over of the building to the contractor. The rehabilitation of the bartender with adjacent areas, access routes is also scheduled for 54 months from the delivery of the site to the contractor. At the same time, the planting of trees, planting and pruning in the park, grass cutting and addition of small architectural elements are planned.

Inside, they want to preserve and restore all the historic paintings, walls and ceilings. The interior furniture of the exhibition halls will be new. The decoration will be accompanied by original paintings and tapestries deposited at the deposit of the Slovak National Museum

The staff member's building, which will be accessible to the public, will also be completely renovated. They will cover the yard and create space for relaxation or marriage. On the ground floor is a community center, a museum and a restaurant. The park with gardens will also serve the public. The reconstruction, thanks to the photographs of the time, will make the park in the form that it had during the ownership of the Lonay family, after 1906.

The preserved part of the garden terrace is restored with a fountain , terraces on the east and south side of the mansion, two arbours and a stone bench with a table. The park receives new lighting and benches. There will be a children's play area with a drinking fountain. Lawns are being restored, 114 trees, 755 spruces, more than 17,000 perennials and more than 341,000 bulbs are planned. It is expected that the park will be connected to a nearby bike path
