The priority is the long-term development and stabilization of clubs. No union, but it is the clubs that make up Slovak hockey. They raise and arouse love for sport with our children. They provide players for all Slovak national teams. They bring new fans and positive emotions to our stadiums. I will therefore advocate an increase in the financial and non-financial resources of clubs.
In terms of hockey infrastructure, I will be proactive in creating an environment in which our hopes and supporters will be happy to walk. The solutions I see in the reconstruction of stadiums and the construction of full-fledged training rooms on the so-called. blind spots on the map of Slovakia.
I would like Slovak Hockey to become the leader of our sport in youth education and healthy lifestyle of our children. I will appeal to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Slovak Republic to strengthen support for sports in schools by the number of physical education classes. I will continue activities that have started to date and support the recruitment of children for hockey. I also support the idea of creating hockey academies if the pilot project in Trenčín shows its justification. Until now, however, I wish to help clubs create more professional conditions in the development of a teenager. This includes improving the technical conditions, personnel and sports health of a young player.
I know my two opponents, Mira Shatan and Jara Smatral, intelligent and honest. I believe that in this spirit, we fight for the leadership of SZĽH.
