The Public Health Service of the Slovak Republic draws attention to the presence of dangerous cosmetic products in the EU that reported to the supervisory authorities in Finland and France the RAPEX system (a system of Early warning for non-food products). It's a hair gel and a black mascara.
The name of the gel is Gogo Styling Gel Strong Hold from the Hungarian manufacturer Kallos Cosmetics. The product contains a mixture of preservatives methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone, which is incompatible with the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on cosmetic products. The product may cause an allergic reaction in a sensitive person.
The product contains zirconium (0.3%), but also other heavy metals such as cobalt and chromium
