Oréal Slovakia, under the auspices of the World Organization of UNESCO, has launched its 3rd annual Women's Leadership. A scientist can participate in a scientific support project for women in two categories: up to age 35 (inclusive) and up to age 45 (inclusive), which I deal with in the fields of nature or living chemical sciences and non-living. The jury, composed of members of the Slovak Academy of Sciences and representatives of universities, will select from among the twelve finalists two laureates who will distribute the award of 10,000 euros.

The project is organized in Slovakia since 2017 in cooperation with the Slovak Commission for UNESCO, the Slovak Academy of Sciences and the Slovak Organization for Research and Development.

Thirty-four Slovak scientists participated in the final, a total of 12. Scientists presented their projects to the jury of experts on April 11, 2018.
