Chrissy Teigen has no problem making fun of herself.
Ahead of the 2021 Golden Globes on Sunday night, Teigen, 35, brought up her now-iconic 2015 awards teary face when her husband, John Legend, won Best Original Song for “Glory” from the movie “Selma.”
“Happy birthday to that drunk idiot lmao,” she captioned the Instagram photo that has since become a viral meme.
On Twitter, Teigen responded to a tweet highlighting the “legendary moment,” adding, “may she live forever in the past lol.”
The author of the cookbook “Cravings” announced in December that she was sober for four weeks and since then she has continuously updated her fans on her sobriety journey.
In 2015, Teigen’s crying face went viral so quickly that she couldn’t believe it.
“Sorry, I don’t practice my crying face, okay,” she wrote in a since-deleted tweet.
Neither she nor Legend are attending this year’s Golden Globes, so her reactions should be left to tweets and other social media posts.
The 2021 Golden Globes air Sunday night at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
