On Thursday, the 48-year-old actress shared a photo of herself on vacation wearing a colorful Dolce & Gabbana one-piece swimsuit and a blanket. She captioned the photo correctly with mermaid emojis.
Famous friends like Paris Hilton posted several flame emojis in the comments and fans couldn’t get enough of the incredible appearance of Vergara, who turns 49 on Saturday.

Vergara, who is a former model and far from the only celebrity using photo editing apps, spoke about how social media has affected women’s self-confidence. In an interview with People in 2016, she admitted that she struggled with this as well.
