“Soho Karen” Miya Ponsetto gained national notoriety last month after she was arrested for assaulting a 14-year-old black boy she wrongly accused of stealing his iPhone. Today, the 22-year-old Californian was charged with another crime: wearing sandals with socks and other “garbage” clothing.

Her next court appointment to deal with attempted assault, attempted robbery, endangering child welfare, and grand theft in fourth degree charges is March 29. She remains on probation for her alleged attack on Harrold, which many consider a racially motivated incident.
