Ponsetto, 22, did not appear in the proceedings at the Red Hook Community Justice Center in Brooklyn. She was ordered to stay away from Harrold and the teenager.
She is then scheduled to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court on March 29.
The meeting with the Harrolds was apparently the second problematic incident Ponsetto had in New York City, prosecutors said.
Earlier that same day, she is suspected of having damaged the door of an apartment somewhere in the East Village. No details were given and the incident, for which she was not charged, is still under investigation, Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Sarah Marquez said.
It was floating around the Big Apple at the time, according to Marquez, who noted that Ponsetto “stayed at various places” around the city.
Ponsetto made national headlines when she was filmed falsely accusing Keyon Harrold Jr. of stealing his iPhone from the Arlo Hotel.
A video posted to Instagram by the teenager’s father shows that Ponsetto allegedly attacked Keyon and tried to snatch his phone from him.

When a policeman tried to stop her, Miya allegedly threw the cop to the ground. She was then charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.14, according to court documents.
Judge Michael Frishman has warned Ponsetto that she would have to cope with all of her criminal cases in California and that she should be back in New York City court early and early in her next scheduled court appearance.
