The 22-year-old woman nicknamed “Soho Karen” for her confrontation with a black teenager at a Manhattan hotel was “downright belligerent” when cops in California arrested her for DUI, according to a new report.

Miya Ponsetto reportedly admitted to Los Angeles Police in May that she took Xanax and drank wine before being arrested for improper driving, TMZ reported Monday.

According to newly released details of the arrest, Ponsetto refused a field field sobriety test and then got aggressive with the cops when they tried to handcuff her.

She had a tantrum, according to TMZ, who reported that Ponsetto had started “kicking the ground, hitting his body and even banging his head on the sidewalk”.

She was charged with driving under the influence and subsequently pleaded without question in the case, agreeing to three hours of probation, 30 hours of community service and to participate in a drug and alcohol counseling program from nine months, the outlet said.

Ponsetto and his mother were also charged with public intoxication and bodily harm after they sparked a melee at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills on February 28, according to a police report into the incident.

But it wasn’t until December 26 that Ponsetto’s name went viral after falsely accusing a black teenager of stealing his iPhone from a Soho hotel.

Keyon Harrold Jr., 14, was with his father, a jazz trumpeter of the same name, at the Alro Hotel when Ponsetto is seen in a viral video accosting the teenager.

The incident prompted Manhattan prosecutors to indict Ponsetto, who lies low in California.
