On the most recent episode of The bachelorette, Jared Haibon and Ashley Iaconetti Haibon made an appearance to lead a group date. The married couple helped Tayshia Adams find out which of the contestants are “adult” men through a series of competitions. While Iaconetti is a fan favorite of Bachelor Nation, some fans of The bachelorette were disheartened when Iaconetti sneezed without covering his nose and mouth.

Ashley Iaconetti appeared in ‘The Bachelorette’
Two different group dates took place during the sixth episode of season 16 of The bachelorette. For the first group date, Iaconetti and Haibon put the contestants through a series of tests to see who is more mature.
The challenges included spelling and math questions, a physical challenge, and preparing breakfast. In the end, Iaconetti and Haibon declared Bennett Jordan the winner.
“Jared and I crowned Bennett the winner of the men’s competition because he was one of three guys who we felt had a palpable connection to Tayshia. He slept with her for breakfast unlike the others before him and took this moment to communicate with her and not just serve her, ”Iaconetti wrote for Cosmopolitan.

Some fans are mad at Ashley Iaconetti
While Iaconetti and Haibon were being interviewed about the date, Iaconetti let out a sneeze. She quickly told those watching her that she had been tested for the coronavirus (COVID-19) so people weren’t alarmed that she was sneezing.
However, fans of The bachelorette wrote on social media that they were upset, Iaconetti didn’t cover his mouth and nose while sneezing.
“And right after, she said, ‘It’s okay, I tested negative.’ Ummmm still disgusting and you still don’t want your germs thrown all over the place? God, Ashley, ”one fan wrote on Reddit.
“Okay… you may have been tested and tested negative for COVID-19, but there are MANY other infectious diseases that can be transmitted by sneezing droplets. I know kids over the age of 4 who can reliably sneeze into their elbow… ”another fan wrote on Reddit.

Other fans found humor in Haibon’s reaction to pulling away and telling Iaconetti to cover his nose.
“It’s such a reflex to cover sneezes with my arm, sneezing like that confuses me haha.” And Jared’s reaction made me laugh. We’re all Jared here, ”wrote one Reddit user.
Who she loves about Tayshia Adams on ‘The Bachelorette’
After meeting some of the men on the group’s date and watching the sixth episode when it aired, Iaconetti named some of his favorite candidates on the show. While writing for Cosmopolitan, Iaconetti spoke about how Noah Erb marked him on the most recent episode despite being the episode’s “bad guy”.
“He’s cute without that ‘stache!” And that move he made to the band date by having her shave for him was the kind of fun interaction we need! I fully understand that the guys are annoyed that he was able to join the date after jumping in the ring to take Ed’s lost place, ”she wrote for Cosmopolitan.
Iaconetti continued, “He wasn’t supposed to be at this group date, but Tayshia invited him. Does this mean that he is no longer qualified for the next group meeting… or one-on-one? If his name appears on any of the week’s remaining date cards, Noah is sure to be the ‘next week villain’.
