Sony pulls Cyberpunk 2077 on the PlayStation Store and offering a full refund to anyone who purchased the game from the digital storefront, the company said on Thursday. If you would like to start a refund, Sony recommends that you visit this site and log into your PlayStation account to submit a claim.

The game has already been removed from PlayStation Store for a few Edge staff members on their PS5, and the game does not show up in a search for “Cyberpunk 2077»On the web version of the store.

The players found that Cyberpunk 2077, which has only been out for a week, has been riddled with bugs. The game looks good on PS5, but in my few hours with the game I encountered a few complete PS5 home screen crashes and a number of distracting visual issues. On PS4 the game is much worse – Eurogamer reported poor performance, low frame rate, and pop-in texture.

The move comes a few days later Cyberpunk 2077 Developer CD Projekt Red said people dissatisfied with their purchase should request a refund. Still, due to Sony’s strict refund policy, many buyers of digital versions of the game from PlayStation Store were unable to get refunds.

It’s unclear when Sony plans to return Cyberpunk 2077 on the PlayStation Store. It’s also not clear if Microsoft plans to similarly remove the game from the store and offer a full refund. The company did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
