That’s a lot of zippers

Many fans were thrilled to see Sora finally make the jump from Kingdom Hearts to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as the final DLC character, and they might have felt a bit spoiled by how many different looks it would have.

Director Masahiro Sakurai has revealed that there will be eight costume variations from four Kingdom Hearts games, and the official HD renderings show how much detail they managed to squeeze in.

While the top four main outfit picks had their renderings displayed on Sakurai’s stream, now we can take a much closer look to see that even the treads of her big, wacky shoes have received a lot of attention.

It also now allows us to fully see the Timeless River, the valor, wisdom, and final forms of Sora taken from the second and third major numbered sequels, and they all have something unique to offer.

The black and white version of Sora may look identical to his KH1 suit, but the render reveals that they are indeed different with his crown chain and the details of his gloves and shoes removed to give him the simpler look. and old-school.

You can check out Sora’s eight unique costumes below before we take him to the battlefield ourselves on October 18.
