Beating Monday at 4 pm Franchise players have been given time to sign long-term extensions, San Francisco 49ers and kicker Robbie Gould have reached a $ 10.5 million, two-year, fully guaranteed deal which, with an option clause, could turn into $ 19 million deal with $ 15 million guaranteed, the league sources told ESPN.

The 49ers have an option in which they can recover the remaining two years of Gould's contract before the 17th week of the 2020 season, by source. To do this, the 49ers should fully guarantee $ 2.25 million to Gould at that time, then an additional $ 2.25 million on April 1, 2021.
The deal includes a signing bonus of $ 3 million and a fully guaranteed base salary of $ 3.15 million this season, and a base salary of $ 4.35 million fully guaranteed in 2020, by source. If the option is chosen, the agreement will include a base salary of $ 4.5 million in 2021 and a base salary of $ 4 million in 2022.
But the 49ers made sure to have their 36-year-old franchise kicker under contract for at least the next two seasons and up to four seasons.
In April, both sides were in such a stalemate that Gould requested an exchange. The team then stated that she would not accept Gould's request.
The inability to agree on a long-term contract, combined with Gould's desire to move closer to home in Chicago, prompted the kicker to halt any negotiations and formally request an exchange.
Gould lived in a hotel near the Niners' team building in Santa Clara for the past two years, while his wife and family stayed in Chicago during the season.
In two seasons with the 49ers, Gould was one of the league's best kickers, scoring 72 of 75 attempts. He led the league in goal percentage (97.1) last season.
