Southwest Airlines faces 'operational emergency' with jet peaks out of service

Southwest Airlines is facing what its own managers call an operational "emergency" because of the unusually high number of Southwest Boeing 737s that have been decommissioned for maintenance reasons. In a memo obtained by CBS News, the airline called for putting everything on the bridge. The soaring of out-of-service planes follows CBS News 'investigation into mechanics' complaints of excessive pressures to get aircraft back into service more quickly. Reports Kris Van Cleave.
