SpaceX and Tesla staff say they have to check Elon Musk’s unpredictable Twitter every day and fear his ‘degenerate’ behavior, but still think he is a ‘genius’.

Musk, 49, has gradually become increasingly deranged since the summer of 2018 – what Tesla employees call “ summer 420 ” when he tweeted about privatizing his business without any actual information about it, smoked a joint on the Joe Rogan podcast and called a UK diver who rescued Thai schoolchildren from a cave a ‘pedo’.

His erratic behavior has worried staff so much that he wakes up in the morning and checks his Twitter to see if anything he may have posted overnight could damage his businesses, according to a former staff member cited by Vanity Fair.

“We all wake up and look at it every day, thinking, Oh, my God, what now? You really had no idea what you were going to see, ” the anonymous member of staff said.

Although they all hail him as a “ genius, ” his messy demeanor over the past year has revealed to audiences a side of him they claim to have always known.

“ The thing with Elon is that right now everyone is finally seeing what he’s always been.

“ He’s the same Elon he’s always been in private … he’s just Elon a lot more publicly, ” a former Tesla employee said.

On launch days at SpaceX – his rocket company – they say they worry about whether a mission is successful or not, as it will impact his mood.

Other sources have described his behavior as “degenerate”.

One example was that he was angry that a girlfriend had tiny hairs on her face and asked her why as they left a nightclub.

Musk was reportedly angry because the bright lights on the club canopy made the hair more visible.

When asked why she had facial hair, she replied, “ Because I’m a mammal, ” which the source said made him angry.

“There is a high level of degenerate behavior with Elon. There is a paranoia: are you with me or against me? I really want to leave the room sometimes when he walks in, ” the person said.

He went on to say that Musk was similar to “Zuck” – Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg – and others.

“All these guys, I spent time with them, Musk, Zuck, all of them; they all present tendencies of total and complete pathological sociopathy.

“ They basically don’t care about you or me as individuals. ”

Musk fired the public relations teams he works with and now represents himself in the media.

Contacted by Vanity Fair for their article, he replied to the reporter: “Vanity Fair sucks” and made sure the quote was attributable to him.

“Elon is his own communications director now,” one person said.

Musk turned on the media last November after defending himself in the lawsuit against British diver Vernon Unsworth, whom he called a “ pedo. ”

The lawsuit revealed Musk’s extreme efforts to prove his claims after he tweeted it without evidence.

He hired a private investigator to unearth Unsworth and sought to find evidence that he was an unsavory figure.

He also tried to speak to reporters in Unsworth, but in an unofficial capacity. When a BuzzFeed reporter posted his comments, he was furious.

After the trial, he started blocking journalists on Twitter. A judge sided with Musk.
