CAP CANAVERAL, FLA. – Central Florida should have a show illuminating the night sky.
SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral on Thursday night.
The rocket will launch Nusantara Satu, a communications satellite for Indonesia, a commercial lunar lander and small satellites.

The rocket will carry an Israeli spacecraft into orbit, marking the first time that Israel and a privately funded spacecraft will land on the moon.
"Beresheet", which means "genesis" in Hebrew, is about the size of a kitchen table and weighs about 350 pounds of fuel.
SpaceIL, an Israeli non-profit organization, has been working on the lunar lander since 2011. It will take about two months for the spacecraft to reach the moon.
The Kennedy Space Center visitor complex will host a grand opening night with expert commentary and access to some of the exhibits and attractions of the complex. Click here for information on tickets and traffic.
