Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nadler, nearly faints in New York News 4 now

House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler appeared weak and on the verge of fainting at a bail held by New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio on Friday morning in Manhattan.

The mayor speaks – and then there is a sudden commotion. Blasio and others will help an extremely pale Nadler while he sits, looking ghostly, on the chairs of P. 199 on the Upper West Side.

Nadler had made a point during an event on speed control cameras in school areas when he slumped in his chair. At one point, the video shows that de Blasio offers Nadler a drink from his bottle of water and tells him that he looks a little dehydrated.

When Blasio asks Nadler if he is fine, we hear Nadler respond with a slight "no" before putting his hand on his face. Moments later, he seemed to recover a little and was able to speak; the Democrat received water to drink and an orange to eat while de Blasio was cleaning the school gym to help him intervene.

Anchor Stefan Holt describes the representative Jerry Nadler, the latest born e-subway bandit and a girl who is NOT a fan of "Aladdin's".
