After months of speculation, the Nintendo Switch Lite has come true. A source revealed that a new model of the standard switch Nintendo Switch could join him in the future, and that it could offer performance gains over the original model.
According to dataminer Mike Heskin, the 5.0 firmware for the Nintendo switch refers to at least three unique hardware lines, one of which is the new Nintendo Switch Lite, which uses a Tegra 214 over the original Tegra 210. The second Switch model, which has not yet been released, will also use the Tegra 214 and the graphics processor is clocked at a higher value than the Switch Lite. This could provide a modest increase in the power of the system, although it may not be as stimulating as those who expect a Nintendo Switch Pro would like.
That said, the proposed "new" Nintendo switch will still have significant improvements over its predecessor. According to the datamine, the new version could offer more memory because the data indicates a version of 4 GB (identical to that of the Nintendo switch standard), the other being 8 GB. The new battery Nintendo Switch should also offer a duration Battery life slightly improved because it will use the same lower voltage LPDDR4X DRAM as the Nintendo Switch Lite, which also has a longer battery life than the original battery. Finally, the new Nintendo Switch will potentially offer more integrated storage space, making it a better system for players who prefer digital copies of games.
While Switch Lite offers a smaller screen and non-detachable joycons, the "New" model appears to be exactly the same as the current switch. However, the GM20B_B GPU of the "new" switch is clocked at higher values, which can potentially give a modest performance boost.

Part of what does not change in the new Nintendo Switch model will probably appeal to those who have already purchased a standard Nintendo Switch. The new version will probably continue to work with existing devices because the physical form of the switch is not supposed to be changed. So, unlike the Nintendo Switch Lite, which does not work with a docking station and can not be connected to a TV, the standard Nintendo Switch should still be able to work, and will probably continue to work with existing joycons.
For now, this information is purely speculative because Nintendo has made no official announcement regarding improved or improved versions of the Nintendo switch. Players should not expect the new Nintendo Switch to be unveiled before the end of the year or later, as Nintendo has stated that no new versions, other than the Nintendo Switch Lite, will be available until holiday season.
