In a special Thanksgiving episode, “The Masked Singer” determined the final two members of the Season 4 Super Six finale. The show’s title said it all: “Group C Finals – Masks Give Thanks. ” The celebrity trio still standing in this third group perform once again in disguise as Broccoli, Medusa and Mushroom. Only two of them made it to the semi-finals, which will air on December 4.
Since these Group C competitors first performed on October 28, we’ve been working to find out who they really are. The only name we’re most sure of is the star that hides inside the broccoli costume. Read on for all of ‘The Masked Singer’ spoilers for Season 4, including who Broccoli is.
Broccoli showed his strong voice for the first time in Episode 5 with a medley of “House is Rockin ‘/ Whole Lotta Shakin Going On” by Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jerry Lee Lewis respectively. He returned to Episode 6, which aired on November 4, with heartfelt coverage of the Lionel richie press “Hello”.

We are convinced that the star inside the broccoli costume is Paul Anka. This 1950s teenage idol still wows them when he performs in casinos across the country. Anka’s voice is distinctive and sounds exactly like the one coming out of the cheerful green rod.
Broccoli’s revelation that a contest helped launch his career was paired with a photo of a can of soup: it fits a key moment in Anka’s life when he won a trip to New York in collecting labels on cans of Campbell’s soup. The Broccoli suit features a varsity letterman jacket, which became popular in the 1950s, just when Anka was growing up.
Anka rose to fame with a series of songs about teenage angst including “Puppy Love,” which was referenced by the various dog shots in the first Clue video. These dog photos can also be read as a reference to the family dog on “Gilmore Girls” being named for Anka. And the singer had a small role in the 1996 song “Mad Dog Time”.
Another of Anka’s best tunes, “Put your head on my shoulder,” found new life on social media TikTok, which is also seen in a photo. This includes a reference to “60m,” which equates to Anka’s 60 million song sales (by himself and other artists).
Anka’s life story lines up with several of the clues we got about this season’s contestants. As a group, they have sold 280 million albums; Anka represents 10 million. In total, the 17 celebrities are worth almost $ 400 million. Anka’s fortune runs into the tens of millions, including royalties from the composition Johnny carsontheme song of and Frank SinatraThe signature song of “My Way”. Anka recorded a Spanish version, “A Mi Manera,” of the latter which has become a staple of mariachi bands (we see a photo of one of these in the clues video).
