Square Enix Announces Dragon Walk, Its Version of Pokémon Go

Today, Square Enix has announced Dragon Walk, an augmented reality game based on Dragon Quest it encourages the players to go out. the Pokemon Go comparisons are inevitable.

In Dragon Walk, you walk through a field in play, which is filled with Japanese landmarks such as the Tokyo Tower and battle monsters.

There is also a custom "My Room" feature that allows players to decorate their homes in the game.

Dragon Walk goes into beta in Japan. No word on its official release or the international release of the game.
