Square Enix launches the "major" game this year, sparking speculation "Avengers" and "Final Fantasy VII"

The road to be released for the Final Fantasy VII The remake has been long and arduous, that 's for sure. From rumors of cancellation to team changes, to creative differences, it was not easy to see a favorite of his fans again. This same route has also been very quiet lately, but now that Kingdom Hearts III had a little time on the shelves, it's time for the other big project of Square to materialize. With the announcement that the studio has a "major" output down this year, we hope it means more Sephiroth goodness.

Square Enix President Yosuke Matsuda briefly mentioned that the company had planned a "major" outing of the game for 2019 during a recent financial report retracing the last quarter. With tomb Raider and Kingdom Hearts already a wrap, Final Fantasy is the other great franchise in mind that still has some way to go.

Although Matsuda-san did not go into too much detail, he nevertheless asked investors to look forward to this year's E3 for a big revelation to come. Since the team worked hard to give the much awaited Final Fantasy VII redo the special touch he needed, others speculate that the big revelation is not a role-playing franchise, but rather a super secret Avengers project alongside Crystal Dynamics.

The second option seems definitively plausible, especially with Avengers: End of the game debuts at the movies later this year. Keeping this hype as long as it is strong would be essential to the success of the game. So it would be a wise decision on their part.

With 2019 soaring, it's nice to see that 2019 is already preparing to host incredible ads. Personally, I beg all kinds of news about the Final Fantasy VII project. The original game is one of those titles I will always come back to because I feel at home and I look forward to seeing this in the current graphics with additional add-ons.
