The news of Square Enix starts today with what could be a blow to fans eager to see the Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Avengers project.

This year's Square Enix E3 event, which will begin in June, will receive a lot of attention.

The Japanese video game giant unveiled this month's first trailer of Final Fantasy 7 Remake in over three and a half years.

The brief teaser of FF7 Remake, which was revealed during a broadcast on Sony State of Play, promised new news coming in June.

This is surely a nod to the Square Enix E3 event, which will take place on Monday, June 10 at 18:00 Pacific time, in the United States, 2 am, Tuesday, June 11.

Let's hope that Final Fantasy 7 Remake fans will discover at E3 when JRPG's wake-up call will be broadcast on PS4.

While curious players of the mysterious Square Enix Avengers project will also be on the lookout for any important news.

The Square Enix Avengers game has not been seen since its first announcement in January 2017.

But it seems that players hoping that the Final Fantasy 7 Remake or Avengers project get a surprise version of 2019 may disappoint.

The latest financial results of Square Enix suggest that the Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Avengers project will not be launched until at least April 2020.

As stated in a Wccftech message, Square has reduced its sales and revenue forecast for the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2020.

However, the publisher's financial forecast for the next fiscal year exploded.

One of the possible reasons is the highly anticipated Final Fantasy 7 Remake and the Avengers project that will be released during this period.

A delay in launching these two titles would surely explain the revised financial forecast for Square.

Whatever the case may be, everything should be unveiled soon when the Japanese giant of the game based in Shinjuku will visit the E3 stadium next month.

In other Square Enix news, Kingdom Hearts 3 fans are about to keep up to date on when the much anticipated downloadable content (DLC) arrives on PS4 and Xbox One.

Addressing famed Japanese game magazine Famitsu, Kingdom Hearts director Tetsuya Nomura gave an update on downloadable KH3 content.

Nomura-san announced that more news on the downloadable content of Kingdom Hearts 3 would be announced "about the time it rains a lot."

The rainy season in Japan starts in early June. It seems that an update of the upcoming download could also be provided at the Square Enix E3 event.
