Square Enix will allow most employees to work from home all the time

Square says it is implementing a permanent work-from-home program for several reasons. For starters, he expects the program to lead to greater productivity and help his employees improve work-life balance. The company also sees this initiative as a way to attract more diverse talent and make itself more resilient to unforeseen events such as natural disasters.

Square Enix isn’t the first tech company to announce that it will allow its employees to work from home beyond the end of the coronavirus pandemic. For example, Microsoft recently said it would allow its employees to work remotely for less than 50% of their work week. However, we have seen a lot fewer publishers and game developers doing the same.
