New Mexico has the highest percentage of its population fully vaccinated against COVID-19, according to the CDC’s COVID-19 vaccine distribution and administration data tracking.
CDC’s data tracker compiles data from health facilities and public health authorities. It is updated daily to report the total number of people in each state who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
As of 6 a.m. EDT on March 28, a total of 51,593,564 Americans had been fully immunized, or 15.5 percent of the nation’s population.
