Steph Curry on Kevin Durant's decision to sign with Nets: "I'm proud of what we've accomplished"

Steph Curry, guard of the Golden State Warriors stars, has no complaints to Kevin Durant for his decision to move away from the Warriors and sign with the Brooklyn Nets agency this summer.

Rather than lingering over the fact that Durant is gone, Curry chooses to focus on everything the team has accomplished while he's in uniform Warriors.

"The three years we had were special," said Curry. "With KD, we had three consecutive appearances in the final, we won two, and we've done a lot as a group, everybody is talking about the time we have in this team, but that does not mean you can know it in the field and that you put all the elements together to succeed, and I'm really proud of what we have accomplished. "

As a free agent, Durant had the opportunity to sign wherever he wanted and Curry respects the decision made by his former teammate.

"The beauty of the free agency is that everyone has a decision, everyone has a choice and you want to find your happiness anywhere," Curry said. "Being in the NBA, everyone has to make that decision at some point, especially the guys who deserve it, like KD and the other best free agents … Again, I like to watch what we have accomplished and focus on that. And be extremely proud of this race we had.And now, we will have to recreate it in terms of what it means for the future. "

I guess we can exclude one type of beef Russell Westbrook vs. Durant growing between Durant and Curry this time around.
