Steve Kerr entered his Monday press conference, looked into the eyes of 15 cameras, hung the arm of a nearby reporter and collapsed. He collapsed dramatically and with a purpose.
"This fault was on Ann (Killion)," said Kerr, referring to the stunned chronicler of the San Francisco Chronicle, forced to play Kevon Looney in this reenactment.
Kerr's gesture drew the laughter of those in the room. She became viral in an instant, spreading hilarity and anger on the Web, depending on your allegiance. Millions have already seen it.
But its recipients were the Houston Rockets. They also have phones. This troll movement should (and probably will) piss off James Harden and the franchise that relies on his ability to score elite. It was a public demonstration of disrespect towards the face of an organization.
But that was Kerr's obvious goal. He wanted to make them shit. Because he's tired of Rockets.
