Netflix has released a new trailer for Strange things season 4 as part of its Tudum Saturday event. It opened up to a family entering an old house, but in classic Strange things Fashion, things quickly got scary and, well, weird. The new season will air in 2022.
The fourth season was a long time coming. Strange thingsThe third season debuted over two years ago on July 4, 2019, so fans have been waiting a long time to see what happens next in Netflix’s hit series. (Season 3 has been quite popular – just four days after its launch, Netflix said 18.2 million accounts watched the entire season.)
However, the company has already shared some very fleeting clues as to what to expect in Season 4. In February 2020, a teaser revealed that a fan favorite character would return. A May teaser appeared to show a brief glimpse into Eleven’s past. And an action-packed 30-second teaser shared in August provided many brief flashes of the new season and resulted in an unspecific 2022 release window.
