Alright, whoever can scream the loudest wins

Things turned out a little different in the announcements camp for The King of Fighters 15 with the big Gamescom trailer and Ash Crimson revealing, so we’ve been missing our figure memes for about a month now.

That eventually changed, however, with the latest SNK teaser, which of course means Street Fighter 5 director Takayuki Nakayama is also back with a new skit about how he plays the man from the sky. shadow.

While not exactly a villain like most other Nakayama artwork, Sho Hayate technically appeared as a special mid-boss character in The King of Fighters 11.

This eccentric of Savage Reign’s portrayal of a star is one of the most detailed he has made of this series of jokes, giving Sho real shading and battle scuffs.

He might just look a little awkward considering Nakayama was still working within the confines of SNK’s figure where he decided to replace the apparent hooded figure with Hayate’s signature boomerang.

The Street Fighter director also references his iconic battle cry in the text … which only screams “Uooooooooh!” loudly.

As for Hayate’s chances of qualifying for KOF15, they’re probably not great like most of Nakayama’s picks, but a lot of it comes down to the fact that he doesn’t really have any connection to the main cast. apart from its brief stint in KOF11.

We’ll only wait a little longer to find out the figure’s true identity, although there are some sure bets as to who she’ll appear on our screens later tonight.
