Strong wind warning: gusts up to 60 mph on Sunday

On Saturday, February 23, clouds form around 50 as scattered showers move towards this afternoon. The intensity of the rain will increase during the night because thunderstorms are possible from the evening. After that, the rain turns to snow on Sunday as the wind gets stronger.

The National Weather Service of Northern Indiana issued a strong wind warning, effective from 7 am Sunday to 1 am Monday.

Gusts of 45-60 mph will be possible in the afternoon. The wind speed will calm down until Monday morning as colder air and lake-effect snowfalls could heat up.
