Activision Blizzard’s corporate president, Frances Townsend, stepped down as executive sponsor of the ABK Women’s Network two weeks ago. The ailing company executive has been criticized by company employees for several missteps following the first publication of the lawsuit against Activision Blizzard.

Townsend is no longer the executive sponsor of the ABK Women’s Network, a group for Activision Blizzard King employees. However, Townsend is still employed by Activision Blizzard.

In a statement acquired by Shannon Liao of the Washington Post, Townsend “believes in doing what is right for the network and will continue to support and advance the work of the network as best she can.”
