After the Narcotics Control Bureau dismantled an alleged rave party and seized several drugs, several people were arrested, one of them being Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan. Today, he was arrested along with seven other people under multiple NDPS laws. While all Bollywood remains silent on the arrest of the young star, actor Suniel Shetty has spoken on the subject. After the star child was arrested earlier today, Shetty urged everyone to “let the boy breathe.”
Suniel Shetty told ANI: “The point is that every time there is a raid, many people are taken away. We assume that this child has consumed something, or that this child has. The investigation is ongoing. Let this child breathe. Whenever something like this in our industry happens, the media goes rampant, and we make assumptions, give the kid a chance, let the real reports come out, until then it’s a kid, take care of it is our responsibility.
An anti-drug raid was carried out by NCB during an ongoing rave party on Cordelia Cruises’ ship Empress in Mumbai. On October 2, Aryan Khan was detained at the BCN office for questioning in the drug trafficking case. After hours of questioning, he was arrested under sections 20 (b), 27, 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS). Along with Aryan Khan, Arbaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also arrested. Later, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Mohak jaiswal, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar were also arrested.
