Authorities were involved in a high-speed car chase in South Florida on Thursday morning that ended with a suspect in custody.
The chase reportedly began at around 10:15 a.m. at Miami Gardens and lasted over 45 minutes.
Aerial footage showed police and Florida Highway Patrol soldiers chasing the dark-colored sedan, which had been reported stolen.

The car was seen traveling at high speeds on freeways and side streets, and at one point was heading north in the south lanes of Interstate 75.
After avoiding authorities by wandering dangerously in traffic and changing direction several times, the car pulled to a stop in a Miami-Dade neighborhood and the suspect surrendered.
