Netflix's highly addictive "Make a Murderer" documentary is back with ten new sections. The murderer Steven Avery has a new lawyer convinced of his virginity. However, former prosecutor, Ken Kratz, is still persuaded that it is Steven Avery who murdered photographer Teresa Halbach in the fall of 2005, what the documentary says about planted evidence and more again.

In an email to The Wrap, Ken Kratz describes some of the sunniest evidence against Avery, whom he believes the documentary has tried to darken. (Some of the proofs below, however, are mentioned in Season 2.)

1. The incident of Avery with a cat was not that a game.

"Steven Avery drowned his cat in gasoline or oil and lit the fire to see him suffer," writes Ken Kratz.

2. Avery looked for Teresa.

On October 31, 2005, he called the AutoTrader newspaper and asked him to send "the same girl last". On October 10, Teresa was with Avery, who opened the door just with a towel. She did not want to go back because she was afraid of him. Avery used a fake name and called her sister's number to deceive Teresa.

3. Teresa's laptop was found on the Averys plot.

The victim's cell phone and camera were found a few feet from his door, burned in a barrel. "Why did not the documentary tell viewers that the contents of his handbag were in a barrel right next to his caravan?" Asks Kratz.

4. Build a torture chamber.

In prison, Avery told another prisoner that he was planning to build a "torture chamber" so he could rape, torture and kill young women after his release. Avery tells another prisoner that the best way to get rid of a body is to "burn it" … The heat destroys the DNA.

5. The victim's leg in the pit.

"There were Teresa's legs on fire!", Writes the former attorney. His remains were found among the metal remains of the bridge that Avery threw on the fire. "If human remains have been found elsewhere, they have never been identified as Teresas, and the connection with this murder has NEVER been discovered."

6. More evidence in the home.

Teresa's teeth were identified, as well as pieces of jeans that she wore the same day and tools that Avery used to cut her body.

7. Telephone registers.

The phone records show three calls from Steven Avery to Teresa Halbach's cell phone on October 31, 2005. He called at 2:24 pm and 2:35 pm – both times from secret numbers so that she does not know it – before his arrival. Avery also rang at 4:35 pm (after Teresa's visit). The idea was to use it as an alibi that she never appeared. "Of course, she would not answer, so he no longer needed a secret number."

8. Averys DNA under the hood.

Ken Kratz repeats what Season 2 told us. The DNA of Steven Averys (no blood) was found under the hood of Teresa's SUV. "The car was at the police since November 5 … Do the police go there with a bottle of Averys sweat to put evidence in place?"

9. The ball in the garage.

The police investigation shows that the bullet found in the garage comes from Avery's rifle. He has been in police custody since November 6th. If they stuck the ball, how could they shoot it? The gun that hung over his bed fired a lightning found in the garage, with Teresa's DNA on it, said Kratz.
