Virpi pahkinen can boast a long career as a soloist and choreographer on a larger scale. She has undoubtedly created her own universe and is constantly renewing herself. Now she has landed at Klarascenen in the Kulturhuset Stadsteatern with her distinguished base group: Sundet Granat Pontus, Philip Sundset Granat, Thibault Monnier and Hui-Han Hu Gustavsson. They devoted themselves to Pahkin's style without becoming plans, adding their temperament and nuances to the dance. Twenty students from the career line of the Ballet Academy form a "choir" in the hour-long dance work. So valuable for them to become familiar with Pahkin's distinctive artistic talent and participate in the process, from creation to performance.
New artwork "Monolith Polygon" takes the path through which the previous "Deep Time" ends with a deep exploration of time and space.
