– The clothes have an attitude but float at the same time as the sensual. My design is characterized by power combinations of the 80s with accentuated shoulders, a narrow waist and a lot of breasts and buttocks, which corresponds to the image of Aguilera, says Alice Jardesten.

It all started when she showed her graduation ceremony at Stockholm Fashion Week.

"Shortly after, Christina Aguiler's stylist contacted me to borrow a collection item she had seen digitally after Vogue had raised it."

Was surprised

Christina then wore the garment at the post-festival Harper's Bazaar Icons during New York fashion week.

"I did not expect much from her that she is wearing her clothes, so it became very unexpected, I woke up one Sunday morning and the phone was full of sms.

What did you think then?

– I thought "it does not happen".

But then it was. Then Alice was commissioned to design two elements for the tour of the artist in the United States.

– I have created two looks based on my previous design, but in the new vintage, a coat and a long white dress.

What does this mean for you?

"It means a lot of international recognition at this level, both the stylist and the artist are so well established that it's a lot of fun, and getting Swedish fashion around the world feels great too.
